Svastika Plot and Housing was established by B.Velayudham in the year of 2004, to undertake housing construction & contracting business, the company changed its constitution to a private limited company known as Svastika Plot and Housing. And We Also have completed about 100 housing flat units from 2004 in K.K.nagar, valasaravakkam, Ayappanthangal, kattupakkam.
